We at Alexis Drake are committed to our community, both in-store and online. We continue to follow all recommended safety measures such as safe distancing, and as a result we have been building upon our virtual experience to allow our customers even more options to shop in the comfort of their own homes.
We will continue on as usual at our studio creating and manufacturing all of our leather goodness, and you are always welcome to shop in person at our retail space. However, we would like to offer you, our valued customers, a few alternative options as we all power through.
1) TALK PERSONALLY WITH OUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS ONLINE or over the PHONE - We have updated our website to allow for you to visit with a real person--yes, one of us, either myself, or any of our amazing associates can help you with any questions regarding customizing, ordering, any questions you may have about your purchase. We would be happy to message pictures of color combinations and give you the one-on-one attention you deserve when making custom choices.
2) FREE SHIPPING + FREE RETURNS - Our collection will continue to be updated daily online. Shop anytime, from anywhere with FREE shipping and FREE returns.
3) CURBSIDE PICKUP - Our studio will continue to be open our regular hours M-F 10am-5:30pm and Saturdays from 10am-4pm. We will be offering curbside pick-up during our business hours. If you are picking up an order, simply call 307-426-4322 and let us know what you are picking up and we will run it out to your car.
