HOW DO I MAKE MY OWN CUSTOM HANDBAG?

1- Choose a style of handbag or accessory.  Browse our website for style names and sizing.  

2-Choose your custom style and check out online.  We begin production once we have received your paid order.

Please Note : When you order a custom product, items cannot be modified after creation, cancelled or returned after it is in production.  Custom items require 3-6 weeks for production and delivery.  Further terms apply, please see our Conditions of Sale.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY CUSTOM ORDER TO BE MADE?

Custom orders are made in our Cheyenne studio.  They are cut by our production team and stitched by our seamstresses and finished in-house with the customizations that you requested.  This process takes from 3-6 weeks for completion.  After your order has been taken and entered production, you will receive status updates via email as your order progresses through production.

CAN I BE UPDATED ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Sure!  You will receive email updates after your order is placed and all through the production process.  Please keep in mind, we can only give you an estimate  of finishing.  You will also receive a shipping confirmation before it ships or an email when it is ready at the studio for pick up. We are located in Cheyenne, WY at 1505 Carey Ave.  Our studio is on Carey Ave. in between 15th + Lincolnway.

We are also located in Ft. Collins, CO at 1927 Jessup Drive.
